Every device we sell is graded so you know exactly what to expect.
Excellent condition
Minimal signs of use. Screen and body in great condition. You would struggle to tell it from new. Commands the highest price — and deserves it.
Good condition
Fully working, clean screen with no cracks, light scratches on the body. The most common grade — good balance of condition and price.
Fair condition
Works perfectly but has visible wear — scratches, scuffs or small marks. Ideal if you want a functional phone at the lowest price and do not mind cosmetic imperfections.
