How long will my repair take?

Can I send my device by post?
Yes. Pack it carefully in a padded box with a note including your name, number and description of the fault. Send it to our Bangor address. We call or message you with a quote, carry out the repair on your approval and post it back the same day.
What should I bring?
Just the device. No receipt, no prior documentation needed. If you have a screen protector or case on it, we remove those as needed.
