Quotes & estimates

Online prices are estimates only. The final price is confirmed in store after inspection and is valid for 14 days, subject to inspection. Some faults (e.g. water damage, no-power) require a diagnostic before we can quote.

Repairs

We carry out repairs using high-quality parts. While we take every care, repairs to liquid-damaged or previously-opened devices carry inherent risk. We recommend you back up your data before any repair.

Guarantee

Repairs are covered by our 12-month guarantee as set out on our Warranty page. The guarantee does not cover subsequent accidental or liquid damage.

Data

We are not responsible for any loss of data during a repair. Please back up your device beforehand.

Unclaimed devices

Devices left for more than 90 days after repair completion may be disposed of to recover costs.
